Chef Daniel Salvador

Cooking is my passion and so it has been since I was 12. I studied at Escola Superior d’Hosteleria i Turisme de Sant Pol de Mar (Barcelona) and afterwards I made my living in some of the best kitchens in Spain for 11 years. In 2013 I became a private chef and since then I can develop my passion without the constraints of a closed menu.

In addition to being a chef I am also a Trained Nutritional Consultant by Stonebridge College and a member of the Royal Horticultural Society. I have my own kitchen patch and my home grown herbs, fruits, flowers and vegetables are a common ingredient on my plates. Who said healthy food is tasteless?

Our Philosophy
ecause I have been born in Spain my cooking is clearly influenced with the Mediterranean flavours, but my years in London gave me the possibility to get influences of different cuisines of all around the world.

If I have to choose one word that my clients and friends express my cooking style , is tasty.

I try to work with the best organic products and complement them with herbs and flowers from my garden.

I have always been obsessed on trying to do everything myself, cheese, bread, pasta, tea …

So on your table you will find homemade sourdough breads and herbal teas collected from my own garden, for a relaxing cup at the end a fantastic meal.
